Does this actually work? I ve had a number of programs that were supposed to speed up my computer but none of them worked, will this actuallly do the job? basically all it does is turn off all background programs.... We can do that ourselves, i just when I want to record turn off explorer.exe and I get much higher fps (like 200 something from 140 which I usually have)
But i heard that Guncam NOT Gamecam is even better quality and doesnt lag, might try that one out !! -
dude you gotta know how to use tune up utlitiesUtility sucks. I've tried, it's useless, It didn't speed up anything. Gambooster seems to do the job.
my fps used to be 15~35 with game booster
now it's 25~100 with tune up and gamebooster
if your fps is higher than 40 8vs8, you do not need to use this kinda programs
these programs are for people who really need fps to play at least 4vs4 -

i got a fps of 50-70 in 8 vs 8 -
Game Booster Actually does work , specially for the really long initial loading screen, another program to use is called SpeedUpMyPC from Uniblue works better than TuneUp for me... Uniblue also makes a Suite package DriverScanner, Speed Up PC,and Registry booster very well worth it to be honest, another Driver Scanner is Driver Genuis Professional Works better than Uniblue's . Having up to Date Drivers May also Yeld higher Frame rate Keep that in mind also

lol this guide is ultimate fail. Tune up i already had, which made my game warper, i downloaded that freeware gamebooster and it dropped my FPS.
Average FPS without any software help is around 40-90fps
with gamebooster i got 3-14 fps

This will maybe Increase a few fps, nothing really noticeable tho. Best advice? Invest in a new computer.
why do that when you can buy a good processor for 100 dollars. gfx card for 70, and 2gb ddr2 ram for 25? its better than spending 700 dollars on a new computer thats half way decent. -

Or that? but that was kind of illogical considering we don't know if most people's mother boards, supply's etc.. would work. -

It just costs money. But for the average ZP user, they probably can spare it. Then again, most ZP users likely have a good system already.

PS: you fps are okay, you do not need fps boosters
EDIT: it increased my fps a big amount -
lol game booster doesn't work sooo well... i mean it increases my fps for a while and then all of a sudden i get a huge lag spike so yea... and my computer was just formated lol.... so gamebooster isn't for everyone. i normally get like a 30-50 fps in 8v8

Nope, software and hardware on PC's do not work that way. They could easily conflict or would take up a lot of CPU power or many other different possibilities. It just isn't worth it.so far im using gamergain increas me to a steady 20-30 from 8
can u possibly stack boosters" like gamegain+gameboosty+etc=897 fps?
