i´ve sent a ticket but still do not get the reply.help.
is it happening to anybodyelse?

I sent a support in over 1 week ago and haven't got reply, they are on a break, its XMAS, not everyone works over it ... wait 2-3 weeks.

Plus its your fault that it got hacked, no-one else's.

i never give out my acc infos. but its hacked.

You cant simply "hack" an account. If that was the case, the MOD and GM account would be stolen.

i never try hack or somethingelse. but how long do i have to wait? untill next week? i have bought 50 k zp, and am going to put it in my account to buy xmas crates. but cant login. plz be fast:)

You can most certainly not expect an answer before the end of the year. To give you a completely honest answer, do not expect an answer before the 3rd of January, which is the Monday following New Years. This is a worst case scenario, but that would be my guess. Sorry man :-(

In order to be hacked, you must get keylogged, or try to trade or sell your account.

no no. i love my account so never wand to sell it. but i think i got a keylogged. but where? i only log in at home and at school pc. i dont think the admin in school has stolen my acc. its maybe a bug...or not. idk. still waiting for the support answer.
