Naw I tried to put together a CS:S team but everyone i picked up was either not committed or just randomly was the worst player all of the sudden so i started playing LoL and SC2 a bunch till i missed playing some form of FPS.
Now I'm here haha
yeah i took a few breaks myself, came back last may to make a new team with doop, we won the 1st season of wogl and won a trip to china. i stopped playing again in september before that trip so a backup took my spot. started playing again a couple weeks ago and LL asked me to join, so here i am haha. -

Idk if i want to come back after playing scrims with some people:
A lot of people are not taking it seriously and any competitive nature the game had is just gone. I know wogl and stuff has their tournaments but back when i was in Radium it was 20 scrims a day and it was against top teams all the time. And when we couldn't find a scrim, we practiced. Now it just seems that there are teams that are struggling overall, i witnessed some completely obvious walling from my team mates, people grenading each other, completely abandoning the bomb because no one wants it, and kids just acting immature.
I played a good amount of scrims since i declared my return, and i played with maybe 1 - 3 teams max that were actually decent. i just think that if people wanted CF to be competitive they would at least make an effort.
I probably sound like an ass going off about the players, but it is a F2P game. And compared to how CF was when I played, CF today just seems to have taking a huge downfall, and I'm sure some of the older players might agree. -

Yes that is true about some teams being immature and all, but remember we all have our moments. I'm sure you have your moments too.

You aren't being an ass, teams are **** nowadays. There are under 25 people who actually want to take this seriously. Compared to old times, this is ridiculous. -

I agree 100%. Nobody wants to put in the effort. This game is LL/LPK. My last team (MindpLay) was the only challenge to either team but I left due to lack of discipline only to find out a few weeks later that it was full of cheaters.You aren't being an ass, teams are **** nowadays. That is true, I do have my moments. But even if everyone is acting immature, I remain professional. I can see where you are coming from but you also have to consider that it's also a game and sometimes people shouldnt be tryhards all the times. Besides, theyre just scrimms. It also depends who uve been scrimming with; maybe find another team to play with. But you are right, teams nowadays are bad as ****. If u want to ring for my team every now and then you are welcome. But even the top teams need a break from all these practices and tryhards -

There's a difference between tryharding and playing/enjoying playing and improving. Teams suck now not because they don't tryhard, but because they have no respect for each other, and they have no desire to improve. All they care about is stroking their own ego. -

I wanted it to be strictly scrims and clan matches. But whenever it would end the first half and go to the 2nd half, my growler would bug out and my game would crash, so my team had to play the 2nd half 4v5. Also I filmed in such high quality that every clip was like 5 gigs, so I constantly had to delete the matches that nothing "amazing" happened (even though, everything I did was amazing).
But if the everyone really wants me and my awesome video editing skills to do something, I'll put together a montage of the communities best clips they send to me.

I know this all too well. The sportsmanship of people is ****. At least be respectful.
Which won't happen. Because as I said before, the majority of people playing "competitively" are too stupid to respect the skill of another person. They just put them down to bring themselves up. -
