FACE_, Relapse, Kilou, Dweez, Malte, DoubleAgent, Tweak, AN

Best snipers :
Doop, Ploy, Blasian, Wotip, Handrawn, PopZ (doubt he's legit though), SHANDAlover

No, popo is a third string sniper at best.

Play against Sorry or F11 in a scrim while I am quite uncertain I would have to say those teams have some of the stronger snipers in the game at the moment.

Some strong snipers at the moment would be wotip, doops or popz. Right now I think there are a lot of strong sprayers, I believe most are in clans such as FGT, Trio, F11, Sorry, aDr and a few others.

That being said the question is far to vague, honestly if you wanted to come close to the truth you would have too look at it on a far more specific level. As in best GM GR player, best GM BL player, best AK 47 user, best M4A1 user, best AWP, best pistol, best knife, best team player, best leader, best strat. maker etc... there are far too many factors to pick the best players.
