Website update problem

Ok i have 2 account.Now my first acc is clan leader of CrO MaNiAcS,but now i have change the clan leader to my new acc.And when i go in game with my new acc it say i am in clan,but when i go on page it say that i dont have any clan,and on my old acc which i changed the leader and i kick him from a clan it say it still in clan but that just on page in game it is not. Any1 else have same problem? Please fix it.Thank you.
