High ping ig while having low ping on Teamspeak

Dear,

In game, my ping is ~150+ while on Teamspeak my ping is only ~50. Even when I'm playing, my TS ping is still 50 and is not going up.
All my rooter ports are open and I don't have any other firewalls.

I'm from France.
Connection: Orange 8 mega
20 processus ig
Win Xp

Cause I'm French, I'm playing on UK.
I've already checked the forum to find an answer to fix my problem, and lot of guys already met this problem and didn't find a solution to fix this issue.

when i ran speedtest while playing crossfire , my ping is 25
but in crossfire its 100+
its al because of the xmas patch, more ppl have it
But z8games is doing nothing. its getting really anoying.
