Hack Tool Detected then Disconnected From Server + Banned 7 days

I got hack tool detected, but what tool? Is there any new software that Z8Games consider as Hack Tool such as Game Booster 2.1 (brand new)

Last time, i submit a ticket and wait for 3 days without an answer. Is it suppose to tell me to wait for 7 days without an satisfied answer?

I tried to relog and got disconnect several times. In the picture, I swear that I leave it as the way it is when I got Hack Tool Detected, 1.41

I used to get that all the time. Try closing all
Open likes and have no software running when you play.

loool i got hacktool detected 1.50 loool but didnt get banned thou so its kindah strange but all i want is dem 2 make the game hack free by puttin in a gd antihack wit da money dere gettin from the members, i swear i dont mind payin it monthly or annual if it come 2 it

I agree with touchz. I will make more free zp and pay for that if that stuff happens.

Snagit, pnkbuster, tuneuputilities, etc....

close all those useless processes off of your task manager then go to start >> Run>> Type "msconfig" . And get rid of all the useless start up programs and un-microsoft services.

Those useless programs just increase your CPU Usage ,cause lagg, and create other slow downs.

Serious? Those programs and take away 0% of your CPU will cause lag?
