Oh, I didn't check it because I thought it was just announcing the 'Merry Christmas!' ribbon. So anyone that's never been banned can receive the 'Honorable Soldier' ribbon, and it isn't removed until they are banned? Does your account have to be a certain age? Is there a time frame for how long you must go without a ban?

I think its so that your account has never been banned for any reason but I don't know the age your account must be we will wait and find out. -

There is no account age restrictions. There are no other clauses on the ribbon itself.
If your account has never been banned for any reason you will have the Ribbon. If your account has been banned for some reason then you won't receive it.
If your account becomes banned for any reason then the ribbon will disappear.
It does not include forum bans (yet). -
