Cant understand how does ping and servers work

Before miami server came my ping was like this:
alfa-delta-etc etc..... 110-120

When miami server came out my ping was like this

alfa-delta etc etc ......110-120
miami...... 68-72

After halowwen patch came out my ping was like this

alfa-delta etc etc...... 95-105
miami..... 85-95

THIS DOESNT MAKE SENSE: If ima closer to miami why dit it raise in maimi and get lower in the other servers?

For Last after christmas patch my ping is now like this

Alfa-delta etc etc..... 120-150
miami 68-74

Why does my ping keep going up or down?
How can I have some times almost same ping in miami and alpha?

Im confused gelp me out guys

I can't answer most of the questions up there.. well I can but my fingers are really cold and I really don't feel like typing them out. Sorry. But I can answer one question. You cannot have the same pings in Miami Server as the Delta, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie etc.. because the servers do not move, and the only way to get the same ping in Delta and the other servers as Miami, is if barely anyone's playing on those servers, which lowers the ping a little. I'm not to sure about that either, though.

Ill try to post some SS so u can see that in alfa i had 97 and miami 85, I think 97 for alfa is ok but 85 in miami is too high

My UK ping is alright, a bit spiky .... 16-22


But when I first got this new internet my Alpha was 100-110 now it is 160-170 .... I don't know why but my UK ping stayed the same.
