How do I report it?
I've the SS's of everything and the player was using SPOP also.

There saying what category of help you should look through. I'm leaning more torwards tournament to tournament. They already might have it on record that you won too.

Report all winnings, or loosing matches to the "Help Center" which can be found at this link - http://www.wogl.org/support/

Ensure you have proof if he/she used a SPOP. If you won, it wouldn't really matter.
