those who think they are pro -.-
ok some of u think u are pro in cf.. thats pathetic open your eyes... u cant be pro u idiots u can be good or bad in a game u cant be pro read: beeing pro means: GETING PAID for the thing u do.. for example my friend has a professional photographer licence and he gets paid for taking photos of events like bmx contests downhill contests etc.. being pro also means (normaly) that u have sponsors who support u by idk giving u money or buying equiptment that is needed my friends main sponsor is cannon. so start to think a little huh?

Sponsored teams are technically "professional"
To name a few "sponsored" teams:
-LifeLine
-core Gaming
-My team [uF Gaming]
It doesn't necessarily mean that they are amazing at the game, but it's a usual add-on.
NO WAY Vladtheimplr is pro
iknown him my whole cf career and ill own him anyday. im not qqing. hes good but for real? he aint pro.. he stay's on pplz d***. but i love the kid. -

LifeLine got their choice of a SteelSeries gaming setup before going to China to represent vVv. That's almost $500/player, so a $2500 pay day for LifeLine. Not to mention, that LPK [a team that miraculously isn't sponsored, but deserves to be] won money for winning WOGL. There are players who get paid to play, but not a weekly or biweekly installment.
Obviously, no one makes money from playing this game, but the "professionals" that create and run it, such as [GM]Saidin are paid on a money per hourly basis. -
I sponser myself with Ecstasy. I am a 1337 pr0. }{0p 0ff ]\/[4 |>!cKi sponsor myself with a beer for playing crossfire. therefore i am a pro! (jokin')
btw. those who considers himself "pros", in the same time consider others "noobs". and sometimes they are so wrong... -

What is all this about? A noobish smartass that QQs all day long and people answer "no I'm pro" or "no he is pro stfu"?
Lets say it this way: some words, with time, acquire a or some new defnitions. You want and example? Here I go "F.uck you" doesn't actually mean screw yourself.
Have a good day smartass. -

You must not be playing CF because out of a 4 hour session i usually only see 1 or 2 people call them selves "pro" and since some one beat me to it... here it is again so you dont forget:What is all this about? lol just because you got vent for free doesn't mean sh1t. there have been many teams i nthis game that were given this opportunity and i can find one just as easily. the only really "sponsored" teams in this game are LL and LPK was sponsored by whoever to pay for their trip to China -
LOL you just discover America decencies after C.Columbus xd:omegablast890 wrote: »ok some of u think u are pro in cf.. thats pathetic open your eyes... u cant be pro u idiots u can be good or bad in a game u cant be pro read: beeing pro means: GETING PAID for the thing u do.. for example my friend has a professional photographer licence and he gets paid for taking photos of events like bmx contests downhill contests etc.. being pro also means (normaly) that u have sponsors who support u by idk giving u money or buying equiptment that is needed my friends main sponsor is cannon. so start to think a little huh? -
i consider myself pro or a vet depending on who im talking to, not beacause of skill or being sponsored by ventrilox but because of how i carry myself. i judge being pro by time and exp. pro can mean professional, which doesn't mean you need to have a sponsor. it's about how you carry yourself and how you act. this also applys to jobs in real life as well. Its about the professional demeanor.
In my mind anyone who doesn't hack is pro. reason being anyone can go get hack.s and pwn but using your own skill and pwn'n is much harder and is more rewarding than just using a program. it's the feeling of "I did that all by myself".
at the end of the day pro/vet/etc all mean NOTHING. they are just words. its all about how you preform in-game. sure, you can talk a lot of smack and have been around for over a year. but, its mostly how you act, the rest is on how you play. -
no one is considered "pro" in this game. Even sponsored..teams only get free vent or in case of LL, free stuff from sponsors. Real profession gamers get paid and playing the game is their only job. Maybe when CF gets big in the competitive scene (doubt it) and there are a bunch of cash prize tournaments, players can definitely go pro when this happens. (but it never will so move on to a better game if you want to go pro
)
speaking the truth -

Getting free stuff is like getting paid with product instead of cash....

''Pro'' is really just a term that should be used for the top competitive players in this game, e.g. LL / LPK / cG / mindplay / !nstinct in NA, ROC, CNS, Seals, Vsz and dXe in eu.
It doesnt actually mean that they get payed, in this context, but they are they most professional, or best players of this game. -
