Windows 7 lifts ping up.

I used to have Win XP until today.
Now Im using W7.
I have 2 computers connected to the same IP.
The 2nd one uses Win XP.
and now:
Before windows update to W7 everything was great.
Both computers were able to have normal ping *uk server - 45 ms*
Now the 2nd computer has ping of 45 ms until I join the game on my W7, then both of us have 3 times bigger ping *130-140ms*

May you know what's the problem?
I disabled win. updates, firewall, defender and also QoS packets.

Any solutions ?

search by google this fix "PingEnhancer_v20a" i have win7x64 worked 4 me fine but uk hve now doubleping problems ... many people can agree.

All PingEnhancer_v20a look kind of shady. Anyone know any other Win 7 ping issue fixes?
