Lag spikes

Since z8 came to crossfire evereytime i log into Crossfire and i join a game, the first 10-15 rounds i lag like hell.....(which is annoying)
No, its not my Computer, no its not my Internet Connection.
I hope you guys can tell me why i got this and how to fix this problem.

what server are u in. im in west coast and the past few days i have been lagging and having spikes constantly

Im mostly in Bravo server(like....all the time).
I tried west coast once and i had like 300+ ping so i went back to Bravo.

I had that for my wireless connection. Try disabling a service called WZC.
I had that for my wired connection. It happened to be my onboard ethernet card that is dying. Try a new one or any old one!

It worked for me and it should work for you.

If it still doesn't work, try scanning for virus, spywares, rootkits, etc and also try Gaembooster.
