yes you need now Staff Sergeant 1 to get the QBZ but only because they updated the stats. I dont know but i think they have decrease Recoil for more accuracy. But you will keep your QBZ also if you are not Staff Sergeant 1... i think, i have dont controlled my account with the QBZ.

Im happy if they had make the QBZ more usefull in long ranges because i have hate the recoil of this gun.
