It would be a great map, but I doubt it would ever happen. The people who implement the new maps are from Korea if I'm not mistaken, so this would have to run through them. And even then, I doubt they would put it in the game. They would have to make their own version of it to fit the graphic quality of the game.

Ill get warned for this but, if you guys really, and I mean really want to play this map... just buy cs 1.6 off steam for 10$ and download it.
Oh and as for no copyright, almost all map makers stick their name directly on the map, usually on a wall or in a closed off part of the map, usually stating their name, credits and contact.
