i take all the stuff that crossfire does and i know its just a game and theres gona be problems but today i baught zp and i havnt recieved it. now im not saying anything but thats stealing. so please tell me what to do ?

Send a support ticket in and wait
I had that problem last time I bought 100k (though I didn't send the ticket) it just took a little while for it to be credited to my game account

It is hard for Z8 to track every single person buying ZP. Just wait and they will do it for you. They can't do everything at once. If you want send in a support ticket so they remember you.

if you paid with paypal like i do just login and you will see the transaction if it worked or check your bank to see if its gone out

Me too... I pay money to z8 to get zp and that give me nothing, i send the ticket to them... And still nothings.

Sentiments here are appreciated, but it isn't very difficult for us to track the transactions (very rarely is your above statement true). Our system processes the transactions immediately, however it is the method of payment that generally causes delays.

For example, if you have a bank account tied to pay pal, it usually takes more than 1 business day for pay pal to confirm the transaction with your bank to withdraw the money.

Credit cards SOMETIMES can be delayed with the same process (although if you are a verified paypal user using a linked credit card it should be virtually instantaneous).

Some of the other payment methods can take some business days to complete, they send confirmation emails and such right away but before all the transfers and deposits are complete it may take a business day or two.

Barring any other issues with the transaction, the second the system receives and confirms it with the company the delivery of the ZP will be instantaneous.

Just be sure to send a support ticket in with as much details as possible, confirmation numbers, payment methods and also include any facts about whether you have contacted the other companies about your transaction. It will ensure you get the most information to support so they can help you efficiently and effectively. And don't forget we don't reply to support tickets via email or phone numbers or any other personal communications. You have to go back to the support site to look for your answer.

Paypal - Takes up to 12 hours, depending on the time you have purchased and the date. If you purchased on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Friday) you have to wait until monday. If you purchase past 6:30 PM EST, I believe you have to wait until the following day.

ClickandBuy - Same thing, just different method.

Google Checkout - Same thing, just different method.
