HELLO, im now updating the new patch. and I want to know what rank i must be to buy the new gun?

and one more thing... How do I get a round dot like instead of 4 lines in the shooting thing... erm you knwo what??

You need STAFF SERGEANT 1 which is THIS

&You can change it to round thing at settings,
go to Misc, and then choose typeC, that's the round one
