Same for me.. Since the lastest patches Im gettin 170-200 ping but my normal ping would be 100-115

Just email to your internet provider. I always complain to my internet provider when i have high ping. I have like 315 ping and now i have 220 ping. I tell my internet provider that i will take other internet services, if they don't fix this. but they were scared and they did. LOL

It's been said many times that for a few hours after a patch is released, the servers are A LOT more busier than usual because of the increased down load from everyone updating their client. Logically that would mean increased pings and longer load times(?) because of the increased workload. My ping was 178 before this patch, now it's 184. Just wait for a day or something, then come back, Your ping should be fine.

The fact my ping after the LAST patch update was 130 before then 190 after.. and it never changed even upto this patch (same with alot of people).. havent downloaded this patch yet, by way things are going i'll have 500+ ping permanently end of month due to the patches.
