Graphic Card
I'm not very good with all the computer tech stuff so I have a few questions:
I just bought this graphics card yesterday:
http://www.hardwareheaven.com/reviews/925/pg1/sapphire-radeon-hd5450-512mb-review-introduction.html
I also bought a power supply:
http://www.corsair.com/products/cx500/default.aspx
I'm not quiet sure how to install the graphics card, I read the manual, serch the web, and I don't have the money to pay someone to do it.
Is it bad if the graphics card is scorching hot?
If so what can I do to fix it?

The card itself has a fan and heat sync, if you think its too hot then you might want to consider getting a larger case fan. Your card only requires a 300W power supply as well.
There isn't much to installing the card, prop the card into the video slot and press down on it until the top and bottom pins lock and install the most updated drivers.
Most of the time it shouldn't be an issue how hot the card is, especially if you're doing something GPU extensive. Its normal that it'll heat up. -

I already have the graphic card placed into the PCI-Express Slot, then the problem occurs when I put the CD that came with it in.
When I try to install the drivers errors come up.
When I enter into the game my frames are still the same than before.
If possible can I have the links to the current drivers? -

Did you have an on-board video card before you bought the new one? Many motherboards that come with on board cards will require you to tell it which it's supposed to use. Either the on-board card (default) or the PCIe slot. Go into your BIOS and make sure its using the PCIe (the new card)
If you haven't installed any drivers for the new card and you're still getting the same frame rate you used to that most likely means that it isn't using the new card. Without drivers everything should be VERY choppy, even scrolling in internet browsers will look choppy. -

I don't know the password to my BIOS.. and I never changed it once. -
