New patch problems

Am I the only one having problems with their screen blacking out right after a game causing it to freeze up and shutdown? Every since the halloween patch went through it freezes like that at the end of the game about 50% of the time I'll post pics to show you shortly..

no i have that problem too
but for me it gets worse i actually freeze mid game, i still see the image but i cant move or anything
if anyone knows something about this please help
