Ok i did a survey and i waited and waited and bamm i got my zp so i checked on my account page if it was sent and wtf do you know it wasnt.. so i send the super rewards people a complaint or w/e they said my zp has been sent to my account but... i didnt get it so i sent one to Z8 Games and they didnt do crap.. anyone want to help me...

All "Survey" related problems must be resolved with the sponsor (SuperRewards).

No one can help you get your ZP, just try another survey.
How did you know you got your ZP if you never saw it on your mall page?

... the email said it was awarded and sent to my game account.. but when i checked nothing.. same ZP as last night
so i sent a message to Z8 Games they said it has something to do with super rewards..

Could it be that right after it said awarded i cleared my cache and cookies so it didnt send to my account???

I had this as well. It was for 523 zp and they said I got it but didn't. Been over 4 hours and was checking forums to see if it's happening to anyone else.

One of my Sometrics offers went through for 240 zp though so If it's a glitch I guess it's only with Superrewards.

This is not Z8's problem. If it was correctly sent, then you will get it. Keep demanding a proper responce from SuperRewards

i have already sent Z8 2 tickets.. they said it was super rewards fault or something..
and i can only send 2 times aday..
and for super rewards.. its all auto no real people i cant even find a support page for them..

alot of ppl are having issues it seems with surveys.its really not z8's problem but the companies who surveys you are particpating in.

dude the survey was completed and gave me my zp points.. but Z8 has not credited them to me yet.. so im wondering wtf is wrong with it...

I completed that offer, too, and my points have not been given to me. SuperRewards told me to contact Z8 and vice versa. SuperRewards seems to only respond with automated responses.

yes so i think it might be Z8 is working to hard so getting zp is taking forever? idk but i want my zp.. cause it was completed and sent but i have yet to collect..

Simple solution: stop being so lazy, get a job, and earn money to BUY zp.

Edit: surveys also suck.

Here's the solution.

Patience. It takes awhile for the ZP to load. Try playing (if your that impatient) and go to your info and press "Refresh ZP."

Yeah, but sometimes you don't get rewarded at all.

There is a few I did correctly and I never got rewarded.

So I just buy it now less hassle -_-

People claimed to have gotten rewarded multiple times (illegally, of course) because of the IP HIder technique. They scammed credit card companies and subscribe-needed surveys.

i have a better place for you to go. this place actually pays you real cash or sends you the item you by through them.
