Yoohoo! The PP 2000 uses a special tipe of 9x19, able to go thru armor!
lol any gun will basically go through armor... the mp7 imo is the best smg for what an smg is supposed to do (lightweight, good ammo duration, fast firing rate, little to no recoil) yes the mp5 has the 2nd fastest reload rate and looks good and is good overall but why not just get a k2 or a scar light if thats what ur looking for -

An MP7 (4.6x30mm) has roughly the same bullet design as the P90 (The bullet tumbles upon hitting an unarmored target) causing large amounts of internal damage. It has been argued that it has low terminal velocity which causes less damaged, however.
An MP5 (9x19mm Parabellum), on the other hand, can use hollow-point rounds which can actually do more damage then the MP7's (higher grain weight, larger area of damage, more effective if it hits the vitals), unless the user is wearing armor.

The MP7 in this game is one handed in it's use, if it was using the MP7's included hand grip then it would have more controllable recoil then an MP5 in proper use.
Hence why the MP5 in this game is better in many cases then the MP7. In real life it is another story, but it is one that can be argued from either side.

Can just any gun basically go through armor? No, not truthfully in real life. There are a lot of different types of armor and bullets required for each type to effectively kill the armor-wearing user. Otherwise, in many cases, you'd have to spend an whole clip for many guns (9mm is a great example) just to weaken the armor (depending upon the armor) enough to allow a bullet to go through.

well, if we could collpase the MP7's stock and make the charcter holding the ofregrip, yep, it will be more controllable
but i never used mp7 as bag 1, i always keep it in bag 2 for backup -
