The same problem

So guys my problem is the same. My coins balance over 1100 but whenever i try to buy the snow pack it doenst let me. Same stupid keys are sould out thing. But this is getting on my nerves cause this is happening from over 5 days. Doesnt matter if i try early early in the morning of evening or late night or whatever it sas the same thing. Could anyone tell me when the codes regenerate? I mean the clock when the codes refresh to 30.
