Yes of course! its totally legal to (change) overpaint the crosshair


^.^ I use this Programm... its simplz a Painted crosshair that always in foreground! thats legal!

Illegal (In some Games): Edit in-game Graphics and Publish them!

But if Z8 Bans me now... so normally the have to ban everyone who maked a MOD for the Marks or Login Screen

The Mods for the Marks or Login Screen are perfectly legal, as they are only changing what already exists, and do not offer any advantage whatsoever (just because I have a pretty login screen doesn't make it easier for me to kill people in-game).

However, your Sniper Crosshair does provide an advantage that does not exist as a game design choice, therefore the two are different. I'd imagine your crosshair allows you to noscope etc easier.

I'm not entirely sure about the legality of programs like that (especially as it describes itself as a "cheating engine"), but I've never heard of anybody being banned for this already, so I suppose you're safe. Try and find a way to change the look of the crosshair though, it looks very similar to the one used by common cheat engines and may easily be mistaken as such.
