Login error

Hello im AnimeLover97 and evorytime i try to log in it takes like 10 min and i dont mind the w8 but when i get to login screen it lags a little and i try to log in but evorytime i try it said login time has run out then kicks me out then i need to restart the game just to come to the same thing over and over and over. is there any way they can fix the login time to like maby a min not 10 sec because thats the time i try to log in.
