Throne Cant Get In Beta Clan Channel

hi,im in Throne clan and we have a problem with beta clan channel.idk wat happened, but our clan cant get in beta channel and this is the video clip of that. We'r doing tournament, could GM answer some question follow:

1.Can we do the match in Delta channel?
2.Do u require our clan getting beta channel to do the tournament match?
