Sniper Week! Dec 6 - 12
Sniper Week is upon us!
Get your quick-scoping fix all week long with events and promotions running throughout the week involving Sniper Rifles and headshots!
We are kicking the week off with a week-long sale on the AWM-Camo. Get 20% off all versions in our web mall all week long! Monday also marks the opening of our Sniper Week Screenshot and Video contests! Be sure to check them out here, win AWM Red-Dragon crates and more!
The week long events don't stop there. Daily Missions for this week have all been updated to Prison, get your mission fix there and work towards those Sniper Badges!
Speaking of achievements we will be releasing 4 new Ribbons this week as well.
If you gained it, it goes on permanent record if it is going to push you over the line for a Ribbon Reward Achievement (say for getting 10 ribbons). Even though the ribbon may disappear over time.
This will hold true for any other ribbon that may appear or disappear over time.
The Rest of this weeks events are as follows:
Tuesday - Get 50 Headshots and win 5 MSG90 Crates + Event Ribbon
Wednesday - Community Day, check the forums for games with the GM's, look for a Sniper themed edition of Urban Warfare. Plus get 100 Kills with your Sniper Rifle and get 2000 GP for your account! + Event Ribbon
Thursday - Get another 50 headshots and get a 7 day PSG-1 Sniper Rifle. + Event Ribbon
Friday - Sunday - Sniper Week wraps up with a weekend event for a 30 day PSG-1 Red Dragon! + Event Ribbon

- You're No Tom Berenger! - You have at least 5,000 Headshots.
- Cross Fire is my Life - You have played in at least 5,000 Matches.
- Clutch Killer - Your Kill/Death Ratio is above 2.0.
- Sniper Week Reward - You have earned a prize reward during Sniper Week.

Coincidentally that will also include the Screenshot and Video contest, the 100 Sniper Kills on Wednesday and the full weekend events.
After this week the Ribbon will no longer be awarded. -
Sniper week
so for the sniper week we just can kill, the headshots doesn't need to get with a sniper, just like the kills ? (cheking), after that i have another question, how can i join the contests. i have a nice screenshot (yes, i read the rules) but i don't know how to compete with it ^^ please responge. greetz ikkew -
A nice event
I love sniping, although I'm quite bad at it. Gonna buy 30 days of AWM Camo tomorrow I think, it's a nice event.
Would be better if the headshots only count when be done with sniper rifles. It's a sniper week, isn't it? Nice idea tho and I'll do them with sniper rifle anyway :P -

Unfortunately the game tracks Headshots as a kill type over all guns, it doesn't divide them up by gun type as it does for other regular kills. -

Thanks for the catch, it's been changed. It says 1, in the past we haven't put a limit on it. However with the amount of bogus shots that we get we will be limiting it to 1 per account. -
Does the video have to be sniper only?
The video needs to be inspired by Sniper Week, sniper rifles, sniping, headshots etc etc.
If you submit a kill video of a Mutant you won't be chosen. This should be fairly obvious.
Remember creativity rules. A 7 minute video of some sped-up kills set to some generic metal song isn't going to win any votes! -

Well, nice week on the way, The prices are good! But why, WHY!!???
On the mutation week you gave the M60 Adv while I already had it, :S Now you're giving the PSG RD and I've just exchanged it for coupons, XD Well, atleast ppl won't said that you guys are cheap anymore,
But, I like to win them anyways, so I get make my funny joke of: Mmmm, which PSG RD should I take??? :S Always funny as hell! Especially with my M60 Adv, my friends just want to kill me.

-Random Screenshot from lazy ppl
-Non Public Game (Setup from 1 friend to another (CLEVER,NOT AGAINST THE RULES)
-VERY FEW Who Will take things seriously, i mean of course it's free stuff handing out but IT REQUIRES WORK(Pressing Buttons) and i don't think it goes well with most of the ppl LOL!
