ok.. so i did some of the surveys and apparently i recieved 6,871 zp.. now ur thinking wow thats some zp weell not really b/c for some reason i only recicved about 2k of it any reasons y i didnt get the rest

Take a screenshot of your winnings, and of the current amount of ZP you have in your account, and send them both in a support ticket along with an explanation of what's happened.

I'm acting as unofficial forum mod slave. I'm still not sure if I have enough time to commit to moderating the forums, life is very hectic now (hence it's 1:45am and I'm still *doing* work =x )

sending in a ticket will do nothin they will just ignore mine anyway so theres no point in wasting my time

In some cases it might take time for the rest of the ZP to go through the system.

I would still send the support ticket to be on the safe side, they are definitely looked at and you will get a response soon

I don't see why people complain about it, if you're doing the surveys its because you don't want to pay. People are lucky they're getting any at all :X.
