I tried to change my IGN to a uber good name but when I tried to change my IGN it gave me a error code and told me the name contained a "badword" and to contact support, so I did (the name was 2 letters:rolleyes:).

Support did let me have the name but I was going to add a question when I changed it myself however they didn't add the question mark when they gave me the name stating it was not allowed but when I challenged this asking:

Where in the TOS does it say it's not allowed?
When are other names with question marks going to have them removed?
When will the name changer be made to filter/remove the method for adding question marks?

Someone else dealt with the ticket told me to ignore the earlier response and then moved my ticket to a different dept who then added the question mark.
