Fps error

PLEASE ME FPS AND ME PING IS BIGGG BAD ..


when I started playing Crossfire Ping and fps was normal (FPS: 70 +, and the ping 160 + -)
now more up front the two are really bad and wanted to know why, I do not play anymore aguyento it because is very slow!
