Chargeback Fees?

Apparently i have chargeback fees on my main account, so i have been blocked for over a week now. My account is blocked, not banned i am not on the ban list. I received a message after a few days and it says i'm closed and now i owe $45.11 for chargeback fee's when all i did was dispute a payment through paypal which they informed me about the transaction so it is all taken care of. But now it says i owe more money when i have payed for every transaction i have ever made. Why would i owe more money now for no reason? Please inform me apparently customer support's mail box is full and everyone is "busy." Let me know if anyone has dealt with similar situations.

This was a very common occurrence in another game that I moderated for. People would pay for a package via paypal, then dispute the charge. Since the package was already applied to their account it essentially amounted to theft of service. If you did not receive what you payed for then contact customer service through the link above. If you did receive it, but disputed the charge anyway then you will have to pay the charge.

Take the two 0's off the number they provide you with when you try and log in. Extension 16 is for Crossfire. I delt directly with them and cleared the issue up within a decent time frame.

Thanks for the constant help grey. Such a big hassel..Takes so long to get customer support to have a decent conversation, has been over a few days that i've had a small conversation with a customer support employee. Trying to figure out why i owe $45 more now..Anywhom, thank you again.
