I'm wondering if you know some good SOFTware (no hardware..) too boost my pc performances while gaming.

Game Booster,it will stop every single background program thats not needed while youre playing,it will bring them back after you closed it.just google game booster.
another way to get a better performance is to change the windows design to classic,not using a screensave nor a wallpaper on your desktop.thats it.
