I think something is wrong....

It seems to me that something is wrong with my clan points...I've created my clan (-ROyal*ACE-)on 5 oct,Monday(7 days ago).That means that my clan is ONE week old.So today I looked at my clan points and something is wrong...The total of clan members minus those 5 % we should lose /week,isn't the same with clan points.I don't take in count Pet95 and Assasin2410 points,cause they just arrived today.So without them,the total of all members points should be 142.Taking those 5%,will remain about 134 points,but we only have 58 points.I saw clan points were updated today,cause yesterday my clan had about 28 points.So it is not because of an delayed update.Even if I am wrong with something,the difference can't be so big...Can GMs please take a look at my clan points...?Should I send you a screenshot with my member's points..?Please,help me....fix my problem..!Please explain me what is wrong...Thank you anticipated!

Okay....So GMs don't want to help me...Don't you think is a big difference between points...?And this happened just after a week of clan creation....

This SHOULD be going to support. Since we're unaware of any problems with the decay system, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. It would be something we have to look into.

Make sure to have all the numbers, and any screenshots or other evidence. They will try to give you an answer there.

Also, there is no need to constantly bump threads expecting someone to answer. Your original post was made at 6am on Monday, which is very early for business in the EST time zone.Also, Monday was a holiday in Canada so many people across the country were not working.

Ok,I understand now.I even sent a support ticket with a screenshot.I've made all that it can be possible. That's why I am mad....If this is not the GMs job,then I apologize .... but try to understand me too...I made all a normal player can make and nothing....Now my clan has 144 points(the points that it should have had 2 days ago),and the total of all member points is 320....Thank you anyway and again I apologize if this is not your responsability.:)
