Problems launching

Good evening to you, I need your help I have a worry when I run cross fire the first window appears, then I click Start Game, then cried a little window with HGW Game Watcher and loading it over in 3 seconds and after I wait but nothing that spear. I have already re-download the game several times. Sorry if my English is not great I'm french . Thanks
