Okay, I'm a computer science major. This would maybe, MAYBE make a 2-3 difference in ping. Wireless routers can transfer anywhere from 54 MB or 108 MB a second. If you internet was actually that fast, you would download a gig in about 10 to 20 seconds. (that's how fast routers communicate with their computers) When people played at my high school, we all had a ping within 30-35. That was the minimum to the maximum, most of us were 33. I don't even pull the virus/other program running. If you had a virus/other program running, it would take bandwidth from the internet in it's entirity, not from individual computers.
So suck on that you wallhacking piece of ****. -
