Ticket?

I sent a ticket regarding credit card issues to the support section of z8 games 4 (FOUR) days ago. I think for a game i pay for i should atleast be treated a little better then that.

My question was if it could be possible to move the credit card expiration date to 2019, because currently the option list thing only goes to 2018, and my card expires in 2019

That's a good point.

I don't know if this helps for now but you can pay by credit card through the paypal option. You don't need a paypal account to do this.

Oh! Thanks buddy. Gonna go try that now. Would still like the the ticket issues to be resolved though. Four days is long enough :X

The support system receives an extremely large amount of tickets. Not all of them can be answered in the time frame that people would like. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait. Customer service representatives do not monitor the forum, therefore posting here will not get your issue resolved any faster.
