Can anyone tell me a program i can use to take a bit out of a replay to use! Plz tell me if u know of a program or how to convert the rar file into a file that windows movie maker can reaD1

Correction is not an rar file but a cfr file

You cannot convert .cfr files.

Play the replay in CrossFire, and record it with recording software such as Fraps or Growler Guncam.
