time is not counted from the moment of voting but since the activation, eg.It says that the codes expires..
But there was not a 48 hour delay, wtf??

you are voting for example, at 13:00 and your code will be valid only until 8:00 -
If you don't get codes people, try different hours. I usually vote whenever I think of it (sometimes in the morning, sometimes late in the night) and I already got a total of 12 codes since the beginning. Right now, 11:13am where I live, something like 6:13am EST if I'm not mistaken, I got one.
At least, stop trying to get them at 12:00. Even if some codes are available at this time, you can be sure A LOT of people will try to get them.
