I'm pretty sure you need to do something with the alpha transparency. It's been ages since I made a badge though =x

Try making it white?

Do you see anything like this?



If so, in the Alpha 1 area, make sure that the areas that you want to see (e.g. text, pictures) are filled in white, and the areas that you want to be transparent are filled in black.
