what can i do to get better?

when i first started i had really bad kdr because this was my first time using mouse blah blah blah . . .
anyway im ok at this game i ususally get like a 1.2 kdr every game what can i do to improve my kdr faster

i kno it is and a big part of why i cant get it up is i have a 9 year old cpu so yeah

my cpu older and i manage just fine my CPU doesnt even meet the requirements for the game lol

and i still manage to play

If you want to get better, learn your gun, the maps, get your game sense and most of all play as much as possible.

CS:S pros play around 40 hours a week just to keep there skills up..

Practice practice.. Oh and the workman always blames his tools lols

Honestly no one can teach/tell you on how to be pro you gotta learn the skills youself trust me after 5 months of playing i got pro.

Yea, you just got to play as much as possible. If you just want you kdr to be better you can reset it by going to the mall and buying a reset. Or make new account. Mine wasnt the prettiest thing you ever saw either....still isnt great. Its ok but I'm working on it.

Join rooms where there are good people playing and youll learn some things. Dont go 0-13 though because some people are idiots and kick you for that.

Well in order to get better, you have to understand that K/D doesnt matter.

Join a clan and scrim with them, as pubs are much different and easier.

Id say to get better dont just play the maps which are small and cramped where tons of people randomly spraying.

Try to play some of the bigger maps like Black widow and Desert storm where the teams are more spread out so you can pick your shots clearly.

Fire in bursts, only spray at close range, only when you can control the recoil perfectly you spray.

I do appreciate how hard it is to play on an old pc, i was playing on a pc which got 10fps before, it got too hard so i took a break and have a better pc now.
