strange FPS problem..

Sometimes my screen becomes really "slow", imagine like 5 fps or less. But when I press Tab, it shows that I have 100+ FPS (which is my usual FPS). After it gets slow, it will stay slow for the WHOLE game. When I join a new one, it will be normal. So... what is this, what is causing it and how can I fix it.

I donno but you may have some computer issues maybe, cause if you still get 100+ fps theres gotta be something wrong and it maybe the pc.
