Crossfire problems

Since yesterday. 12 November 2010, in the afternoon everything was fine with my crossfire, but after 20:00 gmt time, i started to have mouse bugs and fps lag, i thought there was something wrong with the servers so i didnt care much.

Today, im having the same problems, but only when i start ventrilo and xfire. If i star cf right wat when i start my pc, its fine, then if i turn on ventrilo, xfire, msn or some other program i start to have fps lag and mouse "bug". for exemple, to move my aim i have to put sensivity at 40\50 ( i've always used 10), and on a 5vs5 roomi had 150\160 fps,now i have 22.43\22.4.

I always played with ventrilo and xfire and everything was normal so i sudently start with all this problems? 1st i though it was something wrong with my pc, but i played COD black ops,Pro 2011 at full speed and nothing happened so it isnt pc problems.
I want to ask if anyone knows how to solve this and if anyone already had similar problems.
