Attention Soldiers!
Halloween isn't the only thing scaring you all this year. The Mutants have taken over and we must defend ourselves!
Throughout this week, Cross Fire will be in Mutation Lockdown! We'll be doing sales, promotions and events all week involving Mutation Mode. Be ready to stock up! It's going to be a busy week of holding back the Mutant Forces!
Monday - Kickoff
Survivor - 5500 ZP
M60 Adv 7 days + Mutation Jacket 7 days + Green Muzzle Flame 7 days + EXP 50% 7 Days + Mutation Magazine 7 days + Mutation Helix spray 7 days.
Mutator - 4800 ZP
Smoke + Maiden + Dread + Mutation Spike + Mutation Knockback reduction all for 7 days
Tuesday - Survival
Check the forums, and site all week for updates on Mutation Events and how you can win even more stuff!

- Double EXP from all Mutation Mode games.

Is there any limitation of the number of rounds needed?
If I play only 9 rounds mutation mode games, does it count? or is there a minimum of rounds?
(I suppose any mutation games should count, since nothing is precise ;-) -
Sounds good but will all items won or bought in new packages (eg mutation ammo be added to my existing mutation ammo that i already have for another 90 or so days).i ask this because i won maiden in zp crates for 14 days and it wasnt added to my existing maiden so now think i have 2 maidens one of which only has 1 day left so it dwindled away wasted.I posted this on technical support was closed without reply and opened forum thread but received no answers.please saidin could you kindly clarify if all mutation items won will be added to existing items in storage as i have the lot. maiden,mutation ammo,mutation defence,axe etc.dont want to waste time winning items that would be added in seperate item wasted and unused.

Crate items have different timers from regular items. This is because items won from crates are of a different type (even though they have the same function) as regular items.
All the items that we'll be giving away this week are regular items. So if you have one of these already in your inventory we'll be adding days to it rather than a new item. -

Srry i dont quite get events, my question is... win them how? doing what? just playing and some random players gonna win it or what? -

It means, if you were to win them in Black Market ZP crates, you'll also get the aforementioned temporary Mutation items, for free. -

Thanks for clarification so if i buy package to try out m60 adv all other items would be merged with rest?cool thanks again for reply -

Yup, the package is Mutation Based, but any item that is a regular non mutation item can be used anywhere its allowed.
Like the M60-Adv in a mode other than Mutation.

Ok..., So how long will this Halloween patch stays? until thanksgiving patch? just curious.
At current we have not announced any patch dates or plans.
However over the course of the games lifetime we patch on average about once per month. -
