DE-Scope error

Dear Game Master,
I collected 5 Desert Eagle-Scope crates from Dog Tags ingame. I spinned 4 of my crates and I spinned my last crate too. I won the DE-scope, it was on the left side of the spinning inventory. Wrote congratulations etc, but I was in a room. Someone kicked me out of the room, then the game crashed with ''Failed to connect to server''. I went back ingame, but I did not see my DE-Scope in my inventory. Please if it is necessary return my desert eagle to me.

Unluckily, no, because I thought I will have it in my inventory when I relog.
