Solution for "Stuck" Mouse/Keyboard
Now there is no guarantee but it worked with me.
You are going to need to download TuneUp Utilities 2011.

There is the link to the free download. Its only a 14 day trial. After download and installation. Open up TuneUp Utilities and go through all the cleaning. Processes. Such as cleaning the registry and the rest. After you go through all the cleaning processes. Try the game out. The mouse may seem laggy at the start up. But it did not affect me in-game.
