Ping Problems, again

Well, here I am again, complaining about the ping on crossfire servers.
I'm fed up with this game and this situation, and I decided to quit playing the game for a while, to give the z8 guys a break and see if they fix this sh*t.
Every update they release they screw up something, and since october first update i'm experiencing lag issues.
My ping was 160 on charlie server (which I used to play) before the october update, but after the update, it was impossible to play, because my ping increased 40ms, sometimes 50ms, taking me to the 210ish.
WTF??
Then I began playing on miami servers (I live in SA)
Thought my problems with ping were solved, with my focking 180ms ping, but, then again, z8 focked the whole thing up after today's patch on XTRAP, and my ping has incredible spikes, like the normal 180ms to 400, 800, even 1k ping, and i'm just playing crossfire, not even firefox is open...
I'm tired of getting negative frags today because of this problem, and i'm really sad about this situation.
So I decided to quit playing CF until these guys fix it up, because i'm sure that i'm not the only one who is experiencing this issue.
