CrossFire frezzes

So, once i double clicked on the crossfire icon, it will go to the sign in page of crossfire and my windows arrow key shows it as loading but i cant never sign in then i thought may be it is happening b/c of my wireless router and i have to port forward it, unfortunately i dont know how to do that.....so plzz tell me what i need to do?.
