Mouse & Keyboard Delay <very bothersome>

Mouse and keyboard movement problems. I release the buttons WASD
continue moving, the mouse locks in places, and gets "stuck."
I have a moderate level of skill with computers, and programs,

I tried all I could think of, any suggestions appreciated.

Gateway Desktop W/ Logitech USB generic laser mouse
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.4 GHz
1.49 GB of RAM
HDD 1 - 76.3 GB capacity <58.3 GB Free>
HDD 2 - 76.3 GB capacity <68.3 GB Free>
With 4092 MB dedicated to virtual memory on each HDD
NVIDIA GeForce 6200 Video Card <drivers up to date>
Windows XP Home Edition
Service Pack 3
.NET Framework 3.5 SP1
.NET framework 4 Extended

Complete Deletion of partition, & reformatted , reinstalled OS
AVG <up to date> -found nothing
Malwarebytes <up to date> -found nothing
Complete Defrag, Removal of all cookies etc.
ccCleaner , Windows Washer, Iobit Software
Ports Forwarded on all levels
Physical removal of CPU fan, and Video card <Clean & Reseat>
Clean & Reseat all plugs, wires, etc.
Set all Settings on Video Card to performance
Set options In game to lowest
Gamebooster Defrag & Run in game mode
No other programs are running

lol, IKR, ah well, worth a shot. You wanna know the sad part,? Even lagging, sticking, w/e you wanna call it, I still get ace most of the time. I went 13-0 in Halloween EM, ROFL....
Noobs, they stink without there precious wallhack. HAHAHA time for the Pros has begun.

ok problem solved, I turned down the settings on my video accelerator, made it go away completely....... so if you lag, try it might work for you too,....

The bug also seems to be getting worse! Happening more frequently & for longer periods of time.

I would also like to add to the fact that it is not just "In game" like on the main game screen during game play. I have also noticed this while on the server selection/Storage & Item shop pages while chatting. Even if I am doing other tasks in the back ground it seems to effect my system if CrossFire is up and running. Seems to me that this is a "Client Error" and nothing to do with what mouse or keyboard make I have. I have even tried disabling my sticky keys and rearranging my hotkeys in case they were interfering with other system defaults with no prevail.

Please do something soon .. this is killing me

Having the same problem recently after changing pc from Intel P4 3.0 ghz, 1.76 ram, 512 mb vid to intel duo core 2.5 ghz, 2.0 ram, 384 integrated vid. Not sure what the problem is nor how to find out yet but I will find out.
