Can not access the test server?

Hi,
I have this message as in topic name. I'm not on banned list, yesterday I sent a ticket and still don't get answer what's going on.

Not everyone shows up on the bad list, most of the time if you get that you are banned

lol you were banned. check the banned list. i was in there for 3 days for chat violation

You won't get an answer on the weekend. People have lives and don't work 24/7. Monday is a Canadian holiday; they wont be working then either. They usually take 1-3 business days. Wait for the ticket; don't make threads.
