No-scoping is ALL down to LUCK, but i think the draggy is the best no scoper you could probably get....

Well, it is somewhat luck but if you can see their name then you know you have a greater chance of hitting them.

YouTube is not working for me tonight.

Also, I thought quick scoping was when you actually use the scope. No scoping is just firing without scoping in, correct?
